As a Human Resources Senior Associate at PwC, I support the firm\'s people strategy by supporting the Employee experience within the HC Care team. I work with Employees and stakeholders to review internal policies to ensure adherence to policies and standards.Previously, I was the Human Resources Manager at HealthLynked, where I oversaw all HR functions for six companies. I created and maintained employee handbooks, SOPs, recruiting, and day-to-day operations. During my time there a led the project to switch PEOs in under two weeks for 55 employees and contractors, and implemented Covid protocols for the workforce.I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Florida Gulf Coast University. I am passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive culture, enhancing employee engagement and performance, and delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges. I am adaptable, fast-learning, and collaborative, and I am always eager to expand my knowledge and skills in the Human Resources field.
