About Haley Bennett

I am proud to be a part of Cushman & Wakefield as a Property Administrator, where I manage the day-to-day operations of a Class A office building in the heart of uptown Charlotte. My role involves ensuring everything runs smoothly, from handling tenant relations and coordinating maintenance to managing invoicing and accounts payable tasks, as well as assisting with lease administration. This position has allowed me to apply and expand the strong foundation in finance and real estate that I developed during my time at UNC Charlotte. As I look to the future, I am committed to furthering my education and advancing my career in the real estate industry. I am particularly interested in pursuing certifications such as the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations. Additionally, I plan to obtain my real estate license to deepen my expertise. My goal is to provide my colleagues with accurate and reliable information to support informed decision-making. The experience and connections I have gained, both academically and professionally, have shaped me into a well- rounded individual. I am excited to continue growing and making an impactful contribution in my role at Cushman & Wakefield.
