ABOUT HALEY WELLAND
Passionate about quality care for all ages. Previous experience with a mix of caring for different groups with a central drive for excellence and person centred care approach. Experience managing large teams across multiple settings and working with multi disciplinary teams to improve outcomes of care. Placements in training for Adult Nursing provided me with valuable experience with district nurses, GP’s, health visitors, hospices and social workers allowing a better understanding of quality care and how to achieve this. Focused and driven by previous experiences of care for my own loved ones, my passion for quality is fuelled by my own experiences. Application of my foundation degree in Complementary Health Therapies provide me with the skills and insight to focus on wellbeing and holistic care for all.
