Responsible for owning and conducting thorough investigations on escalations that come in to Trust & Safety across multiple different policy areas. My areas of focus and expertise currently are Ad policy, merchant policy, and spam policy. I also partner closely with xfn teams on content safety and minor safety work. I work closely with the policy team and global sales leads to identify gaps in policy, process inefficiencies, and propose updates and improvements to close those gaps and maintain our platform’s integrity and safety while also minimizing revenue loss. I partner with the L&D team to create and facilitate comprehensive policy trainings for enforcement teams and our global sales team around company policies and advertiser onboarding. Responsible for creating and maintaining clear and concise resource documents for internal partners and ensuring that all T&S workflows have process documents. Closely collaborate with many xfn groups including the global sales team, policy, legal, enforcement ops, vendor review teams, engineering, and product.
