I’m a Senior Associate at Western Retail Advisors, where I help drive successful leasing strategies for retail properties across Arizona. With more than seven years of commercial real estate experience—spanning property management, transaction management, acquisitions, and retail expansion—I bring a well-rounded, analytical, and proactive approach to every assignment.My role centers on partnering closely with our internal brokerage team and senior brokers to develop and execute tailored leasing plans for each property. From generating targeted tenant hit lists and conducting market studies to drafting and redlining LOIs, I work to ensure each transaction is strategically positioned for success. I’m comfortable engaging tenants and brokers through calls, tours, and in-person meetings, and I prioritize clear communication, responsive service, and a solutions-oriented mindset in all client interactions.Leveraging tools like CoStar, Sites USA, Vizzda, and Realcore, I build informed market analyses, rent surveys, and tracking systems that help streamline the leasing process and provide clients with accurate, real-time market insights. I take pride in staying ahead of industry trends, continuing education, and maintaining an extensive network throughout Arizona’s retail landscape.Before joining Western Retail Advisors in 2023, I worked at Carvana, where I supported their rapid national expansion across industrial and retail sites. That experience sharpened my ability to manage complex transactions, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and adapt quickly to fast-paced, high-growth environments.I earned my degree in Retail and Consumer Sciences from the University of Arizona, and I’ve called Arizona home since 2012. When I\'m not working on lease transactions or analyzing market data, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our two children.I’m passionate about helping landlords optimize their retail assets and supporting tenants in finding locations that set them up for long-term success.
