I work primarily with adult and teen populations with speciality areas including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and family dysfunction. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy in oder to individualize services based on the clinical presentation of my clients. Modalities I pull from include: CBT, ACT, DBT, person-centered therapy, and strengths-based therapy.
