As a People Business Partner II, I expanded my scope to include supporting Affirm’s Product organization, taking on a more strategic role. I partner closely with senior leaders to shape people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness, while leading initiatives that scale across Affirm.Key Responsibilities & Achievements• Took on support of the Product organization, partnering with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals and priorities.• Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner, influencing decisions around organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and workforce planning.• Own the performance management process end-to-end, including planning, communication, calibration, and outcomes analysis.• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on talent planning, leadership development, and change management to strengthen team and org effectiveness.• Use data and people analytics to identify trends, measure impact, and inform business and talent strategies.• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cohesive programs that scale.• Drive Affirm’s culture and inclusion efforts by coaching leaders to take action and embed belonging across Product teams.• Contribute to the evolution of the People Partner function through process improvement and strategic project ownership, enhancing consistency and scalability.
