I partner with employers in a wide-variety of matters, with a particular focus on employment litigation in both single-plaintiff and class action contexts. My clients range from well-funded startups to companies in the Fortune 50. I am licensed in California and Oregon, though my practice spans nationwide. Representative clients include: Morgan Stanley, Daimler Truck North America, Becton, Dickinson and Company, Cyti Psychological, Laurel, Curri, Mill Industries, The House Fund, and Vesta Innovations. I have consistently been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, and Super Lawyers for California and Oregon, among others. I spent the first seven years of my practice at Paul Hastings in its San Diego and Los Angeles offices. In 2015, I moved back to my hometown of Portland and joined Tonkon Torp, a highly-regarded local firm. In 2024, I joined Epstein Becker Green to help anchor its Pacific Northwest L&E practice, and add to its California litigation bench strength. In my spare time, I enjoy working with organizations focused on building self-esteem in young women and girls, competing in athletic pursuits such as Ultramarathons and Hyrox, and spending time adventuring with my kids.
