About Haley Hancock

I am a collaborative, driver of change, results-oriented, sourcing professional. I am a supply chain manager at Capital One in the non-associate labor space. This includes managing multiple tech and consultant based suppliers, including KPMG, Cognizant, Pontoon, and Beeline, and upwards of $350M in spend. I am the primary point of contact between Capital One and these key suppliers, managing these vital relationships, leading contract negotiations, driving savings and operational efficiencies, and continually managing and mitigating risk. I previously served as the lead sourcing manager of domestic transportation at Bridgestone Americas. This included leading sourcing projects for truckload, less than truckload, rail, intermodal, flatbed, and small parcel transportation for multiple Bridgestone divisions. I have a demonstrated history of leading successful sourcing events, meeting and surpassing savings targets, implementing new sourcing technology, working in logistics in major port cities around the world, managing supplier and customer relationships, and SAP experience. I am always looking for ways to improve the status quo and foster an inclusive work environment. I have had the honor of receiving two Bridgestone Transformation Awards for projects that I have led. This is the highest accolade that can be received at Bridgestone Americas.
