Brought in to build and operate the company’s marketing and go-to-market foundation while partnering closely with the CEO during M7’s early enterprise sales motion.Key contributions:• Built M7’s GTM infrastructure from the ground up, owning HubSpot configuration, pipeline reporting, lifecycle definitions, and the systems used to track and forecast enterprise sales activity.• Drove marketing-sourced pipeline contribution representing ~30% of total pipeline generated across 2025–2026.• Operate as a cross-functional GTM partner to the CEO, developing deal-specific messaging, sales collateral, and outreach strategies based on direct feedback from enterprise buyers and sales conversations.• Built and now lead the marketing function, managing a Marketing Coordinator, supporting BDR efforts, and partnering closely with two AEs to align marketing activity with pipeline generation and deal progression.• Scaled the CEO’s founder-led LinkedIn presence into a meaningful growth channel, driving 100%+ growth in impressions and increasing visibility with health system leaders and buyers.• Led M7’s website redesign and marketing infrastructure buildout, coordinating an external agency and freelance designers to launch a scalable Webflow site and foundational marketing programs.
