Managing relationships with a portfolio of 30+ foundations across the country, resulting in significant grant commitments. Responsible for researching and uncovering new potential foundation donors and conducting outreach and cultivation meetings; sharing our complex strategies for ending childhood hunger in a digestible and compelling way. Strategically plan touchpoints, updates, and event opportunities for donors based on their program areas and/or geographic focus.Created internal processes to streamline stewardship, research, and grant requirements for a more efficient workflow for the Foundation Relations team.Coordinate with teams across the organization to gather necessary information for foundation donors.Coordinate communications and invitations, and track RSVPs for all special events.
