Srivastava Lab at Fred Hutch March 2025- CurrentAs an Invent@Seattle Children\'s Postdoctoral Scholar in the Srivastava Lab, my project focuses on developing CAR-T cells which can overcome the immunosuppressive TME for solid tumors. Adair Lab at Fred Hutch August 2024- February 2025My project focused on developing gold nanoparticles for CRISPR ribonucleoprotein delivery for gene editing before Dr. Adair moved her lab to UMass Medical School. I focused on optimizing loading the CRISPR RNP onto the gold nanoparticles to edit the B2M locus in human T cells. This project is being prepared for manuscript submission and will be continued at UMass.
