ABOUT HALEEMA RAZA
I am a passionate and dedicated English teacher with a strong academic background and a deep commitment to inspiring a love of literature and language. I currently teach across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 in a Birmingham secondary school, delivering intellectually stimulating lessons that develop critical thinking, articulate expression, and analytical depth.I hold an undergraduate degree in English and a Master’s in English and Education Management, combining subject expertise with a reflective, research-informed approach to teaching and learning. Also, alongside my classroom practice, I am mentoring a trainee teacher, supporting their professional development through coaching, observation, and reflective practice.I am committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment where students are challenged, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential, while also contributing to a collaborative and aspirational teaching culture within my department, with a particular focus on KS3 enrichment opportunities.
