ABOUT LANDON HALE

Greetings,My name is Landon Hale, a recent honors graduate of Alabama State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services with a minor in Psychology. My academic and professional journey has been grounded in a passion for service, advocacy, and empowering others—especially within historically underserved communities.While my early path included meaningful experiences in the healthcare field—such as interning at Columbia University in New York City and working as a Central Sterile Technician at Baptist Health East – Montgomery Surgery Center—my leadership roles and policy work sparked a deeper calling: to pursue a career in law.From serving as the first-ever two-term SGA President at Alabama State to interning with the Alabama House Democratic Caucus and Hunter & Everage Law Firm, I’ve become deeply committed to advocacy, justice, and systemic change. I plan to attend law school, with aspirations to become an attorney focused on civil rights, health law, or public service.I’m a proud AT & T Rising Future Maker, TMCF Scholar, and community leader through my nonprofit, Changing The Narrative, which uplifts youth in Birmingham through mentorship and service initiatives.Looking ahead, I’m eager to continue building bridges between my passions for law, equity, and community impact—serving as a voice for those often unheard.Let’s connect.
