Responsibilities include: Interviewing staff, being an effective communicator, creating weekly staff instructional schedules, creating weekly campers schedules, staff evaluations, providing trip coverage, assigning staff to work in the Program Office, creating a line-walker schedule, planning Inter-session, Festivus planning and programming, overseeing the Evening Program Coordinators and providing feedback, purchasing and budget for camp departments, staff discipline within program areas, organizing weekly sign-ups, office duty, contributing towards a team environment, and creating a safe and joyful atmosphere for youth throughout the summer.
