Developed and direct program which educates individuals in addition recovery in the skills necessary to transition (back) into the business world. Program runs for 13 weeks covering resume creation, interviewing and on-the-job success. Oversee a volunteer staff of instructors, mock interviewers and one-on-one coaches. Program is provided year round at the Midnight Mission and once per year at the Mission\'s Homelight Family Living facility.
