Because we are a custom roaster, you are the one telling us what you want, dark or light roast, organic, shade grown, fair trade. we purchase raw coffee from around the world so all things are possible.(Sorry, we do not flavor coffee) We further have the capabilities to create labels to make a signature blend for your resort, restaurant or grocery store. I have the roasting equipment and the knowledge, you bring your desires!
