As the Global GRC Coordinator at Delivery Hero, I lead the coordination and collaboration in shaping and overseeing our organization’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework across global markets. With a mission to create value by managing uncertainties and making informed decisions, I collaborate closely with business leaders to implement robust risk management strategies and ensure regulatory compliance. With over 12 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, and internal controls, I bring a wealth of expertise in mitigating risks and enhancing operational efficiency. My journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Control Systems (ICS), and risk transfer programs, allowing me to effectively manage cross-functional and regional risk matters, incidents, and control deficiencies. At Delivery Hero, I am responsible for aligning our global GRC strategies with business objectives, streamlining processes, and driving continuous improvement in our internal control environment. My role involves liaising with regional/local GRC leaders, bridging gaps within international teams in highly matrixed and decentralized organizations and working closely with global counterparts to ensure that our risk management practices are both effective and scalable. Previously, I held leadership role in risk and control, governance, and assurance, where I successfully developed and implemented frameworks that strengthened our GRC maturity and safeguarded our assets. My experience spans multiple industries, including building products, construction, white goods, textile, consulting, restaurant, entertainment and FMCG, where I have consistently delivered strategic risk insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. I hold masters degree in Economics and Finance and bachelors in Business Administrations. My passion for innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning drives me to contribute to the success and growth of Delivery Hero and its people.
