Collaborated with the Technology Manager to address critical points related to static equipment along with mitigation action in the Technical Resolution Sheet (TRS) during the Feed & RFQ phase- Achieved a 27% cost reduction for High Temperature Heat Exchangers in the Green Hydrogen Project by reversing fluid stream direction- To provide technical expertise with solution to ensure how concern will be mitigate for new technology development, product development- Prepare Mechanical Datasheet, Material Selection based on service requirement. To perform design of Equipment for preparing Mechanical Datasheet / Setting plan which need to be part of RFQ- To prepare and float RFQ / RFP. Perform technical evaluation of bidder during bid phase and prepared TBT (Technical Bid Tab)- Review of vendor document, coordination with Interdisciplinary team to ensure there requirement is correctly capture in vendor document and required information are available- Perform audit of Vendor Facility for vendor qualification- Witness Test at vendor facility as per ITP requirement- Support on development of AP standards. Capture and provide information to concern content owner of specification that need to be taken care during next revision of specification- Delivered on-the-job training to colleagues, fostering skill development within the department- Experience in handling equipment operating in Stress Relaxation Cracking (SRC regime)- Participate in 3D Model Review, HAZOP Study- Participate in Technical clarification meetings with vendor- Review of deliverables produced by Engineer’s meeting requisition requirement, closure of project critical equipment technical concern with Technology Manager before TBE, to the extent possible- To support site operation team with technical expertise as and when required.
