Oversee the planning and delivery of training programs and workshops, including BEAHR Indigenous training, ensuring seamless logistics and strong stakeholder engagement. Serve as the primary liaison for BEAHR trainers and participants, delivering exceptional client service and fostering lasting professional relationships. Monitor and report on project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure accountability and alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across the department.
