Works with the ERP project team to ensure successful migration of about twenty-two warehouses and logistics data from the current ERP system (SAP ECC) to the new ERP system (SAP S4 HANA) and ensure a successful go live.• Works as a resource person to ensuring proper design and building the SAP S/4 to suiting the business need.• Collaborates with the Org. Change Management (OCM) team, stakeholders, consultants, and 3rd party vendors, to develop training materials, like eLearning, simulations, job aids and presentations.• Full participation and involvement in the E2E testings and other process readiness activities.• Working as a single-point-of-contact (SPOC) for end users within assigned business area. • Managing end-users when issues or defects related to the solution arise and coordinate resolutions.• Evaluating the change impact on people, prepare, clarify, and communicate changes related to the business.• Providing onboarding for new employees in his/her business area on processes and system.• Conducts the training needs assessments.• Ensures the business areas stay proficient with changes by providing continuous learning of new features and processes.• Develops, Improves, and maintain training materials and exercises, delivering training and coaching to end users.
