ABOUT HAKAN SHEN

With a total of 6 years of experience in mechanical engineering, the first three years of which were in Production Engineering and Design experience, two years in Quality Engineering and Supply Chain Engineering roles, and the last year as a Lead Operation Engineer, where I was simultaneously responsible for production, quality, and production planning processes. I believe that my skill set and expertise are highly suitable for the engineering sector. I am proficient in various software tools and hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification; I am successful in process improvement, cost reduction, and increasing efficiency. My experience includes optimizing production processes, managing quality control activities, and creating production plans. I also have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams and developing effective strategies to meet operational goals. My leadership and conflict management expertise, combined with my ability to effectively manage projects and collaborate with teams, has consistently ensured that I meet production targets and exceed expectations. Lastly, I am also successful in identifying potential issues early and developing effective solutions to mitigate them.
