1.) Plant ControllingPlant Controller for three German production sites. This role mainly involves the following areas- Preparation of month-end closing and plant planning, as well as related investment controlling- Identification of potential areas for cost reduction- Preparation and development of cost unit accounting. 2.) Overall activitiesSupport in the context of group planning- Responsible for the consolidation of investment planning at group level (key user of the PVS investment database)- Involvement in energy volume and cost planning.Assistance in the consolidation of the Quarzwerke Group- Participation in the preparation and consolidation of the monthly financial statements for Division 1 and in the area of overheads- Key user of Microsoft 365: Active design of the new sharepoint for the controlling department. 3.) Other activities- Support in the creation of a plant concept for the optimisation of a German production site- Participation in the development of the BDE/BLS system (mapping of main and sub-processes including simplified cost unit accounting)- Establishment and further development of a detailed productivity report for the Quarzwerke Group- Optimisation of internal reporting and identification of improvement potential within the investment planning process- Automation of various month-end closing processes and repetitive tasks using Microsoft PowerAutomate.
