Campaigner and advocate for working people and social justice.As a Trade Union Official at GMB, I represent and support workers across diverse sectors, championing their rights, safety, and dignity in the workplace.In 2024, I was honoured to stand as a Labour & Coop Parliamentary candidate - a reflection of my commitment to fairness, equality, & building a better future for all. I’m a sepsis survivor and a proud Ambassador for the UK Sepsis Trust, using my platform to raise awareness and support others affected by this life-threatening condition. I also serve as a Trustee for Kindled Spirit, a charity supporting survivors of trafficking and exploitation in South Asia.
