ABOUT HAJARAH S.
Having graduated from the University of Manchester and not entirely knowing what the next step in my journey was going to be I decided to explore the sales and marketing industry where I learned many skills. For me, this was a risk by taking a leap into a industry that not only intrigues me but challenges me out of my comfort zone. I was very excited and scared of this new chapter in my life and gained many new skills from my amazing work colleagues, who I have a lot of respect for. I then moved into a different role, as a fundraiser, where I was able to further develop my skills and explore the work of non-profit organisations. On this journey, it reminded me of the importance of doing something you enjoy that fulfils you whilst making a positive difference alongside an amazing team of like-minded people. While, working here many of my amazing work colleagues became friends who have helped me to further develop my skills and my confidence. However, now I am at a point in my life where I am ready for a new adventure where I aim to not only make a positive difference but be in a role in which my career can progress with.
