Hi! I’m a learning designer focused on pleasure reading, particularly for people with dyslexia and ADHD.My work explores reading as a way to regain long-form attention, and designs learning experiences that help people experience reading as a flow experience—one that feels absorbing, sustainable, and personally meaningful.On a larger scale, I care deeply about human attention in the digital age, and how people can gain access to flow experiences in everyday life, whether through reading, writing, meditation, or even cooking! This perspective is informed by my own mindfulness practice, my experience working with Headspace, Stanford Life Design Lab and my background as a certified health and wellness coach.
