About Haili Wimer

I am a dedicated strength and conditioning coach with a passion for helping athletes and individuals reach their full potential. Since 2019, I have worked with a wide range of populations, from middle school students to collegiate athletes, tailoring training programs to meet their unique needs and goals.I hold certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and USA Track & Field Level 1 (USATF-L1) coach, and have extensive experience coaching college basketball (men’s and women’s), volleyball, softball, soccer, track & field/cross country, and football, as well as numerous high school sports. I also have experience providing general strength and movement training for youth athletes at the middle school level.As a former collegiate track athlete specializing in the 400m, 400m hurdles, and 4x400m relay, I have a particular passion for speed and power development. I love helping athletes build explosive strength, improve movement efficiency, and become more confident in their abilities both on and off the field.In addition to my coaching career, I have proudly served over 11 years in the South Dakota Army National Guard, where I am currently a field artillery officer. Throughout my military service, I have helped numerous soldiers successfully meet height and weight standards and improve their performance on military fitness tests. My time in uniform has instilled in me a deep commitment to integrity, accountability, pride, and positivity — values I bring to every aspect of my work with athletes and teams.I am always eager to connect with other professionals who share my enthusiasm for athletic performance, sport science, and long-term athlete development.
