About Hailey Noecker

I am Montclair State University graduate with a BA in Family Science and Human Development with a concentration in Family & School Settings with a minor in Psychology. I also own a start-up business, Customs by Hailey, am an alumni sister of the national sorority Sigma Delta Tau, and a previous Campus Representative for Victorias Secret PINK.My passions lie in creativity, public relations, content creation, family sciences, child advocacy and activism. I am able to adapt quickly, as well as think fast and effectively in high-pressure situations. During my studies at Montclair State, I took on various leadership roles, including Mentorship, Fundraising, Campus Leadership and Student Rights Advocacy. I held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Administration for all of greek life on my campus, and took a variety of leadership positions within my own greek organization, including Alumnae Chair, Public Relations Chair, Decorations Chair and Assistant New Member Educator.
