About Hailey Franklin
At a young age, I gained respect for brands and brand name consumer products. With that driving my inspiration, I also gained an extremely strong appreciation for the retail industry and the retail sales process through work at Justice as a Style Advisor and Brand Representative. Throughout my undergraduate experience, I gained invaluable experience in project management, inventory management, coaching and training through my internship with Skyhawks\' Sports Minnesota. I was also trained on how to plan and run large scale events and manage relationships in my internship with University of Minnesota Duluth\'s Athletic Marketing Team. Lastly, my passion for technology and and efficiency lead to my B.B.A in Management Information Systems. So, where do all of those experiences leave me? Choosing to launch my career and be apart of TTI’s Leadership Development Program has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally at a rapid pace. From my positions held with TTI and from previous work and internship experiences I have gained applicable skills in communication, territory sales management, relationship management, project management, recruiting and leadership strategy.
