I monitor deadlines, process party filings, and provide procedural guidance to parties and arbitrators to support a fair and efficient dispute resolution process.

ABOUT HAILEY CONLEY

I am a proud graduate of Nova Southeastern University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. My academic journey continued at Nova Southeastern University, where I attained a Master of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, and a Graduate Certificate in National Security and International Relations. During my time at Nova, I was a committed member of the women’s basketball team from 2017 to 2023. Throughout my time as a student athlete I helped my team earn a South Region Championship title and journey to the NCAA Elite 8. As an upperclassmen I served as a team captain demonstrating my leadership and teamwork skills. Additionally, my involvement with the NCAA Student-Athlete Advisory Committee allowed me to contribute to enhancing the student-athlete experience, further honing my ability to advocate and support my peers.Currently, I am leveraging my education and leadership experiences in my role as a full-time Case Specialist at FINRA Dispute Resolution working in Arbitration. In this position, I apply my expertise in conflict resolution and my comprehensive understanding of national security to manage the administrative aspects of dispute resolution, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. My diverse background in criminal justice, psychology, and conflict resolution, coupled with my practical leadership experience, provides me with a unique perspective and a robust skill set that I bring to the field of dispute resolution.I am passionate about continuing to grow in my career and making meaningful contributions to the field. I am always open to connecting with professionals and exploring opportunities that align with my background and interests.
