I am a student aid at Every Neighborhood Partnership (ENP), a non-profit organization that provides educational and mentoring services to underprivileged children and families.As a crisis counselor for Crisis Text Line, I provide confidential, immediate support to individuals in emotional distress. My role involves assessing the urgency of each situation, offering coping strategies, and connecting texters with appropriate resources to ensure their safety and well-being. I am committed to delivering empathetic, non-judgmental support to help individuals navigate their challenges during moments of crisis.I am also a psychology undergraduate at California State University, Fresno, with a passion for counseling psychology. I am fascinated by the psychological processes and factors that influence human behavior, emotions, and well-being. I aspire to become a counseling psychologist who can empower people to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. To this end, I am actively seeking opportunities for growth and mentorship in the field of education and counseling, where I can apply and enhance my empathetic communication skills and create a positive difference in people\'s lives.
