About Hailey Soupiset
I am a senior at Baylor University, studying Political Science with a pre-law concentration, and minoring in Corporate Communication and Religion. I am currently interning within the Business Development division of The Onsi Group, where I research and write about Labor Law-related issues. Additionally, I\'m a member of the Kappa Theta chapter of Alpha Phi Fraternity, the Baylor University Student Foundation, and several additional academic and social clubs. I was a two-year member of the highly competitive Undergraduate Mock Trial team at Baylor and was a Tournament Chair for the 20••••23 competitive season. I also have made the Dean\'s List each semester of college. I am a talented writer and a well-organized individual who collaborates effectively with others. After obtaining my bachelor\'s degree, I plan to attend law school to become a bar-certified lawyer and practice as a litigator.

After a successful three-month summer internship, I was offered a continuing part-time position interning with The Onsi Group in their Business Development Division. In this role, I edit and draft content for the Prevailing Wire weekly newsletter, write blogs focused on prevailing wage topics, and provide research on Regulatory, Labor, and Compliance Legal issues to internal personnel.
