About Hailey Phan
I am a first-generation Vietnamese-American student committed to advocating for justice reform and dedicated to studying the disparities in youth delinquency, particularly among foster children. My interest also lies in higher education; and more specifically, in increasing resources to minority and underrepresented groups to increase their likelihood of pursuing a higher education. I take pride in involving myself in my community, both in academics and extracurriculars. I find it important to take advantage of my privileges as a student and to use these privileges to give back.
