I am pursuing a career that allows me to utilize my strong communication skills along with following my passion for helping others fulfill their potential. My goals are to graduate in May of 2024 and get my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management. I wish to pursue a career as a talent acquisition specialist and find a place of employment where I can continue to further my dedication to personal and professional growth. I am currently employed as a Training and Development Intern at Ultium Cells LLC. This position requires strong communication and organization skills, along with the ability to work well with a team. I continue to improve my abilities to make connections with new hires and use my creativity to introduce them to the company. My past employment as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Ultium Cells LLC has left me with the ability to filter through potential candidates, interview candidates that passed the initial screening, and use my interpersonal skills to communicate with candidates over the phone. These experiences have prepared me if given the opportunity, to be a valuable asset to a company.
