As a Product Manager II, I lead a dedicated Scrum team focused on delivering value for the Agility Accelerator. My primary work involves defining customer value through direct interviews and market analysis, which informs our product strategy. I am responsible for creating strategic roadmaps for the current and upcoming quarters, setting OKRs to measure success, and determining how the team will deliver impactful value to customers. I work collaboratively with UX to develop an optimal user experience and with Engineering to plan and execute the work through the delivery pipeline. This requires me to coordinate with and influence many cross-functional groups across all organizational levels, providing strategic guidance for the product\'s best path forward. I am ultimately accountable for ensuring my team\'s features successfully meet customer needs and align with Lucid\'s broader business goals.
