ABOUT HAILEY DONEY
I am a sustainability strategist with 12 years of experience across the technology, financial services, oil & gas, and public sector. I’ve worked at companies that range from a small startup, to a mid-size oil and gas producer, to a large municipal government, and I’ve held roles ranging from client-facing marketing and research (startup), to a professional geologist with a multidisciplinary team (oil and gas), to a sustainability project developer and implementer (City of Calgary). I’m looking to help plan, support, and, above all, implement innovative projects. I enjoy working, and excel, in fast-paced environments with motivated teams looking to make a positive impact to people and the planet. I want to be a part of where the rubber meets the road on sustainability initiatives!Outside of work, my hobbies include traveling, painting, hiking, and continuously improving my personal finances! Most weekends you’ll find me outside (weather permitting - it is Calgary!) or playing complicated board games with my partner and friends!
