This summer, I interned at Greystone Medical Technologies, where I got hands-on experience in the operating room and learned about the medical device industry. I observed surgeries in plastic, general, GYN, vascular, urology, and ENT specialties, including open, laparoscopic, endoscopic, and robotic procedures. I also learned how regenerative products like PRP, exosomes, and amniotic tissues are used to support healing and improve patient outcomes. I am continuing to work with GMT part-time during the school year to gain more experience and stay involved in the medical field.
