From teaching marine biology on Catalina Island, to managing teams at the Exploratorium, my career has been shaped by a belief that learning is most powerful when it\'s hands-on and human-centered. Currently, I oversee a team of 50+ Visitor Engagement Facilitators at the Exploratorium in San Francisco, where I focus on staff development, educational curriculum, and creating an environment where both visitors and team members can thrive. My background spans science education, educational travel, and college admissions. These fields have given me a unique mix of relationship-building, sales, and program development skills. At Education First, I managed a portfolio of 150+ school travel programs, grew my territory by over 30%, and maintained strong client retention by delivering genuinely personalized service to educators.
