I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), CADC II, and Certified EMDRIA Therapist specializing in the intersection of crisis management, forensics, and complex trauma. Currently, I serve as the Crisis & Forensics Program Manager for Benton County, where I lead a multidisciplinary team providing 24/7 mobile crisis response, forensic services (Aid & Assist, PSRB, Forensic Diversion), and Exceptional Needs Care Coordination (ENCC) for residential placements.My clinical expertise is rooted in an anti-diet, HAES-aligned framework. As the owner of Clark Counseling Services, LLC, I provide specialized outpatient treatment for eating disorders and trauma, utilizing EMDR, somatic therapy, and RO-DBT. I am currently pursuing my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) credential to further my work with children, adults, and families navigating chronic illness and addiction.Whether through program operations or direct clinical practice, my mission is to drive quality improvement and expand access to evidence-based, trauma-informed care across the behavioral health system.

   Provide leadership for Benton County’s 24/7 Crisis Team, Forensics Team, and Exceptional Needs Care Coordination (ENCC) program. Oversee a multidisciplinary team delivering walk-in, mobile, and stabilization services for individuals in behavioral health crises, as well as mandatory forensic services including Aid & Assist, PSRB, and Forensic Diversion. Direct the ENCC program by managing residential referrals and transitions to higher levels of care, including RTH, SRTF, and AFH placements. Ensure compassionate, timely care while coordinating with law enforcement, emergency departments, and community partners to strengthen crisis diversion and community-based support. Responsible for program operations, staff development, and quality improvement, with a focus on trauma-informed, evidence-based practices that expand access and improve outcomes across the behavioral health system.
