Partnering with store leadership to support 140 to 180 associates at a $50m volume location.• Manage support staff • Currently providing support to Warner Robins, GA, Americus, GA, and both Macon, GA locations (Each location is $40m+)• Audits HRMS to ensure compliance with applicant flow log, drug testing, I9’s, background & reference check, etc.• Ensures Leave of Absence Policy is adhered to, tracked, documented, and followed up.• Gathers relevant evidence needed for Employee Relations inquiries, and Workers\' Compensation and FMLA requests.• Maintains the integrity of data found in databases, records, and files.• Ensure 100% compliance with employee related regulations and laws• Support employee recognition programs• Conduct Internal Investigations regarding Allegations of Employee Misconduct
