Hailee Clack is a Flint-raised advocate, speaker, and mentor dedicated to widening educational access, growing youth civic leadership, and ensuring that Black communities are centered in the policies that affect their lives. She is a proud graduate of Hampton University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Hailee is currently pursuing her Master of Public Administration at The George Washington University, deepening her focus on public policy, leadership, and community development.Hailee has worked on Capitol Hill, across national civic engagement organizations, where she has helped young people understand how legislation is shaped, how power operates, and how community voices can influence systems. Her work focuses on equipping students and emerging leaders with the knowledge, networks, and confidence to take up space in decision-making environments.As the founder of The FBC Initiative, Hailee leads programs that expand HBCU access, strengthen college readiness, and cultivate youth leadership across Michigan. Her annual Flint to HBCU Forum connects students to mentorship, scholarships, and educational pathways rooted in belonging and opportunity.Professional, effortless, and relatable, Hailee speaks to students, educators, and policy audiences about purpose, community accountability, and the responsibility of returning home to build — not just succeed.She stands as a reminder that leadership is not about leaving.
