ABOUT HAILEE CATALANO

I am a public service–driven professional with experience across nonprofit systems, hospitality operations, and corporate social responsibility, currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at the University at Albany. My work is rooted in the belief that meaningful social impact is built through service excellence, strong administration, and cross-sector collaboration.I currently contract with the Suncoast Partnership to End Homelessness, supporting Continuum of Care coordination and strengthening collaboration across nonprofit providers, local government, and community partners. This role has expanded my experience in homelessness policy, data-informed decision-making, and systems-level nonprofit administration, with a focus on equity and long-term outcomes.Alongside nonprofit work, my background in hospitality through the Walt Disney Company has shaped how I approach leadership and service. As a Disney College Program alum, I worked in some of the highest-volume guest service environments in the world, gaining firsthand experience in operational efficiency, crowd management, and delivering consistent, inclusive service under pressure. This experience reinforced the value of accountability, adaptability, and people-centered service—skills that translate directly to nonprofit and public-sector settings.I am a proud alum of Hobart and William Smith Colleges and AmeriCorps, where I developed a strong foundation in civic leadership, community engagement, and service-learning. Across roles—including board service, fundraising, food access programs, arts education advocacy, and student support—I have focused on strengthening accessible, ethical, and community-centered nonprofit work.I am particularly interested in roles that connect nonprofit leadership, public administration, hospitality-informed service delivery, and corporate social impact—spaces where organizations can combine operational excellence with mission-driven outcomes. I am motivated by work that prioritizes equity, collaboration, and sustainable community impact.
