Being a former college athlete, I possess leadership skills and the ability to work successfully within a team. I am goal-oriented and highly motivated to become an asset to an organization in a leadership role. I have been on a leadership development path for several years at Medtronic and continue to seek opportunities to develop myself and my team. I have a passion for people leadership, career development, field education, and recognizing teams/people. My business background has provided me with the ability to establish, develop, and maintain relationships with customers and professionals.
