ABOUT HAILEA KENNEDY

I graduated from NC State University in May 2020 with a BS in Environmental Sciences. I worked in various education roles before jumping into a BDR position at dotCMS. I grew to fill more organizational needs, and was promoted into Marketing Operations within roughly a year. With digital transformation as a focus, dotCMS provides an innovative solution to content management challenges.As the Marketing Operations Specialist at dotCMS, I wear many different hats. First and foremost, I serve as the point of contact for most HubSpot-related questions. I find unique solutions and innovative ways to streamline my colleagues\' workflows and processes. I\'m also able to identify issues within our CRM and carry out solutions to ensure we have the most accurate data possible.Additionally, I\'m responsible for building, executing, tracking, and optimizing inbound and outbound campaigns. I\'ve leveraged several different tools (UserGems, Cognism, Bombora, G2, Clearbit, and more) to execute these campaigns, and regularly report on the outcomes using custom HubSpot reports and dashboards I\'ve built.Outside of work, my passions include education, sustainability, and animal welfare, and you\'ll often find me reading a book, practicing piano, volunteering at animal shelters, or traveling.Always open to connecting - send me a message!
