I lead operations and go-to-market execution - the work that sits between “what the market wants” and “what the team can reliably deliver.” That means building operating systems, aligning stakeholders, shaping partnerships, and making sure scope, quality, and timelines don’t drift as projects scale.AIxBlock in one line: We support speech and LLM teams with enterprise training data and delivery workflows built for real-world requirements.My focus areas:1.
