About Haik Isikbay
Ever since I could remember, I enjoyed building Legos and K’Nex and analyzing how things worked. As I got older I started building computers, playing with Raspberry Pi’s, and helping family, friends, and neighbors with their technology problems. Now that I am older the importance of this is now known to me. Cybersecurity is becoming a crucial need in society which furthers my interest. I foresee that future wars would be fought and won in cyberspace. I aim to have the knowledge, training, and experience in case the need arises for me to defend peace. My goal after graduation is to work in a role where I can directly contribute to protecting and defending critical systems. I am particularly interested in becoming a Cyber Defense Analyst, Incident Responder, or a Security Operations Center Analyst.
