Partner with Commercial and Sales teams to onboard and renew UK B2B customers, including major corporate accounts and energy suppliers- Review customer payment performance and debt levels; assess external credit and insurance ratings- Manage credit insurance portfolios, ensuring appropriate cover for live accounts and timely removal when required- Perform regular credit checks, acting as the main contact for credit queries and coordination with Sales and Pricing teams- Generate insightful portfolio reports, highlighting credit risk trends and areas needing further investigation or action- Use advanced Excel skills and extract data from Power BI dashboards to support credit decision-making- Collaborate with credit reference agencies and insurers to maintain accurate assessments and stronger credit protection processes- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders across commercial, risk, and finance functions- Demonstrate keen attention to detail, detecting early signs of payment issues or abnormal activity- Apply any credit risk qualification or previous underwriting experience to enhance evaluation and oversight practices- Support Shell’s growth in UK energy and renewable markets by ensuring financial and commercial integrity- Play a key part in reducing bad debt exposure and strengthening credit resilience across the B2B portfolio- Contribute to net-zero aligned growth and help shape the future of energy supply risk management.
