I am a passionate mid-weight UX Designer with a background in customer service which shapes my user-frst approach to design. I excel at understanding user needs, translating them into intuitive, accessible experiences and validating ideas through user testing. Previous work environments have raised my ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems. My passion for design leaves me inspired by my peers and a desire to always learn more. When I\'m not focusing on my career, I love organising and playing football with friends and family. I am also an avid video gamer who revels in playing with others. A more calming hobby of mine is to create my own art.
