Working as a security Operations lead/ Manager.· Lead and manage a team of 25 members across 6 tracks, overseeing security transformation tasks and ensuring efficient delivery of services for the CAQH Project.· Conduct daily status calls and regular team meetings to address challenges, provide guidance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.· Manage cross-skilling initiatives within the team, resulting in improved productivity and successful achievement of performance goals.· Actively engage with clients to address their security concerns, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with business requirements.· Identify new business opportunities through gap analysis and collaborate with practice teams to create Statements of Work (SOW) for new projects.· Oversee resource management, including the recruitment and profiling of SMEs for optimal team fit.· Ensure seamless coordination between project teams and stakeholders, including providing technical oversight for security and messaging platform implementations.· Support business development efforts by drafting SOWs and proposals to drive revenue growth for the security tower.· Provide technical leadership in the implementation of Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and cloud security solutions.· Drive security initiatives across various client environments, ensuring compliance with best practices and industry standards.
