   Responsible for 5 Blackhawk Helicopters and 42 aircrew providing medical evacuation support to the state of Colorado- Client Satisfaction: Planned interstate Wildland Fire Conference, providing valuable academic and flight training to 250 military and civilian personnel ensuring all properly trained to handle busy 2019 fire season- Management Experience: Garnered funding and approval from multiple organizations to initiate first out of state large scale training exercise fostering improved combat efficiency- Collaborative: Brokered air support training for 8 military units, approximately 350 personnel, ensuring each received required training to meet operational needs with constrained resources- Team Leadership: Coordinated the efforts of five search and rescue organizations resulting in the recovery of two injured hikers- Influencing Leadership: Influenced senior leadership to invest in training key firefighting partners as contingency for expected busy fire season resulting in 3 additional partner aircrews gaining required certification from U.S. Forest Service
